Wap model not deactivating

I m anuj dalal mtnl trump customer of no. 9968021478 i m filing this complaint for the second time and nothing have done yet. U are renewing WAP model pack on my no. without my permission i have even send UNSUB WAP text msg on 58888 and this pack is deducting unnecessary rs. 30 per month. u better deactivate this pack from my no. now otherwise i have to go to consumeer forum.thanks
