I had purchased nokia5030 form nokia priority (East Delhi) last week.
But next day i found problem in my mobile (automatically switch off and automatically restart).
I went to nokia priority and told him about my problem. He said that he will has to send it to
company. I said ok, and asked him for backup mobile. He said you hav to pay Rs.99 for backup mobile
and it will not be refundable.
I want to know that why should i pay for backup mobile?
