Egarding replacement of mobile

Hello sir...

i have purchased a new mobile set of this company dated on16 oct from jalandhar in 13777rs...!

within one month, it has a software problem for which it is being repair by nokia care, jal..but from till, it has been repair for five times..including 2 times being sent to headquater for reparing for 16 days each...

i have call to company 2-3 times for the replacement but for a waste...

please suggests and guide me for the further steps...
