i need help regarding this.. pls help me regarding this,
i had purchased a nokia E72 just a week ago.. i had a problem relating the
silent key not working upto the mark.. i went to nokia customer care centre
they kept the phone for a day or so then they said its a manufacturing fault
in some UI and has to be send to nokia delhi for repair for 10days... i
just wanted ask nokia is this justified that a person is paying 20k bucks
for buying a cell from such a well reputed company has to face such problems
in the cell... and has to submit his cell to care center in just a week
after buying it... how ridiculous it can be...??
i mean cant they check in the quality of the phone n then introduce it in
the market.. what kinda stuff they r providing to people... charging heavily
n providing crap... this kinda things are not acceptable...
shall i go for some legal action about this or what...??
pls guide me. what to do..
