This is the copy of the complaint i submitted to Nokia CEO
Hi all
I amnot sure whether the receipients are correct or not but would request them to pleae forward to the correct team in case they cannot help. as after this legal procedure would only be the last option.
This is the story. I recently visited multiple times Nokia Care Dwarka Delhi for getting my Mobile repaired
Here is the story.
27th Jan i submitted my mobile as it had display problem and battery was not charging, My mobile was returned to me on 7th Feb and when i took it back home and tested it was not repaired, again i went on 8th Feb they straight away said that your battery is faultly when i objected to it that battery is fine they resubmitted the mobile on the same ticket number for observation an called me to pick my mobile on 10th, again the problem was not fixed and i went again to the same nokia centre and they said that the problem is with the battery, i bought a new battery and again went to the same center to show them the fault is with the mobile and not with the battery, they resubmitted the mobile on 12th Feb and resubmitted with the a new ticket number. my warranty was expiring on 14th feb. they called me on 22nd to return my mobile and i took it back home. they fixed the problem with the charging, but damaged the in built FM transmitter, i went back called customer care and even spoke to the manager in the contact centre, now they say its out of warranty and i need to pay for it... why should i be paying for it when i immediately notified the problem and that you have damaged the handset. where was all the Quality checks before delivering the mobile.
My Mobile is now damaged and its caused by Nokia, This is the final appeal to the authorities and after which i would be forced to Move to the consumer court for justice.. My details are as mentioned below.
