My Nokia handset (Nokia 5130 Xpress music) is not working properly. Althogh it is in guarantee period, yet it s not working properly. The main problem is hang of and wash away of its internal memory. I handed over it many times in Nokia centre for software updation, but the same problem arised oftenly. I think Nokia should replace my mobile handset as it seems defected piece.
