New handset not working

I purchased my mobile last year bt after 7 months i got damaged stopped working abruptly gets switched off, commands that insert sim card, sim card registration fail, and network fails any time.i want to complain abt this my contact detail is 9923560671. now i have surrendered my mobile at nokia care in pune
