Nokia /C3
Key pad color fade

Hi sir,

On 8th of Feb purchased a new Nokia c3 Mobile with in 10days the keypad color started fading & Some time i cant hear while making & receving the call.

Messages will stay in outbox days together for delivery.

Please advice regarding this problem.

Shall i Get replacement

(Mobile was actually purchased from croma a Tata enterprise).
