I have purchsed nokia 5130 express music in the month of august. Since january My handset is not wrking properly and even after repeated attempts from nokia service centre they are unable to fix my handset. After every visit to srvice centre my set wrk for few hrs and then hangs up resulting in memory loss of cell.
I have requested them to replace my set which is not entertained nor they are able to repair my handset. I am tired of running here and there which has created monetary as well as time loss to me.
This type of behaviour is not expected from A brand name like nokia.
I request ppl from consumer forum to help me getting justice.
