I take the apportunity to inform you that I had bought E-72 nokia model on 13th June ie. just two months back. This set has been giving frequent problem. Yesterday all of a sudden the set got hanged and the set was not even getting switched off. Immediately I had to rush to nokia custmer carecenter noida and the complain was loged. In presence of nokia custermer care official the screen of the set went black. The set has been rectifiied but I have been asked not to use e-mail etc. As such I am not able to use the set to its full function.
In vew of above the company should be directed to replce the set immediately and companset the loss of data.
