my self sreevathsav, i had purchased mobile Nokia 5310 xpress music black colour having IMEI no-358002038429860 on 24 April.i lost it on my way to office on day 16 August .i register FIR (FIR no-246) against lost mobile in visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh.i called nokia care and requested to trace my cell.please help me,

i want to take legal action to trace my mobile.
