This is to inform you about my new handset which i had bought last month and have faced various problems about it.

on 16th august itself, i started facing problems with this cell. whenever i clicked on menu button, the cell would stop working and nothing would open. i switched off my cell and then it was ok. but the problem occurred again on the next day. i showed my cell to the nokia care in hardat rai chamaria lane (howrah). they took the cell, deleted its contents and said that it would work properly now. but again the problem occurred. i did not believe on the services of howrah nokia care. so i took it to the ganesh chandra avenue mobile store from where i had bought the handset. they said that they are not responsible about it and can do nothing about it. so i went to the nokia care in princep street (ganesh chandra avenue) on 21st august. there i had to wait for 1 hour and then my turn came. they took the cell and said that they would update the software and check it properly. i got back my mobile on 25th august. even while taking back my phone, i had to wait for one and half hours in nokia care. they said that the problem would not accur again. but again on 3rd september, the problem occurred. there are some other problems which i face. the call log remains for just the past 2 or 3 days even though i have chose to show call log for the past 30 days in settings. there are various other minor problems also.
nokia is probably the leading mobile company in india. but just within 18 days of buying a new nokia handset, i had to move to a nokia care 2 times and wait for 3 to 4 hours without any solution to the problem. i did not expect this kind of service from nokia. i want my cell to be replaced with suitable compensation as soon as possible or else i have to move to the consumer court. i have as many as 7 nokia handsets in my home and i did not expect this kind of service. it is indeed very disappointing. my work is seriously hampered. i hope that you will take the necessary steps or else i have to take stringent steps towards nokia. your goodwill is at stake.
