til now 9 sep' 2010 I have not got my handset Nokia X6

i have gone nokia care mor than 6 times but they don't give me a statisfactory answer. Alaways says after 2-3 day and again and again they say like this only.

Please take some actions so that the phone will be given to me as it is warrenty.

Or i have to take some leagl action, a suit in consumer fourm of India.
