I am using Nokia N97-1 model mobile phone more than one year, due to continuous complaint, the cochin nokia care had replaced the phone to me, but it seems to be very sad that, the same complaint was still continuing. On 30.08.2010 I had reported to the cochin nokia care based on the battery charging complaint and handed over the mobile to that outlet. But when I have received the mobile back, the screen display and camera lens were changed and replaced by scratched ones, the sound had become very low and unable to adjust. And few photograph were taken in my cell phone on 05.09. that photographs were taken in some hostel or residence area, during those time the cell phone was with your concerned outlet. When enquired about this, the response was as they had forwarded the cell phone to Delhi, later on it was said that, they had forwarded again to Delhi for further rectification. But still I have not received my cell phone, because of non replacement of camera lens. So I called up to Banglore nokia care for further alternative, but it was of no use, I contacted cochin care and I was told that the handset should be send to Delhi, so cochin care will be sending my handset to Delhi.
So I humbly request you kindly look into this matter and replace me a cell phone of the any N-Series other than this model. It is highly based on continuous complaint
