Sub:- Delay in delivery of Headset WH-205 headset of Nokia X3 mobile
I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which was having problem in its headset. Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, I expect full value for my money and asked you to replace the headset at the earliest. The delivery date of my headset was 10th of september and today is 25th september, still I have not got my headset. I have given the handset on 3rd of september. I am tired of calling to the customer care number, but its of no use because tomorrow never comes for them. Please deliver me the hands free and Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that my faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
