DEAR SIR

I bought a new nokia x6 a month before. After using it for 3 days i found out that it has an ALARM problem.he sent it to nokia care but the problem remained same. I asked the dealer to replace the handset but he told me that they can't replace it but they can only solve the problem.please help me what should i do? THANK YOU
