I have purchased Nokia 5130 mobile handset on 16th March. In the month of July I have feced the problem of non conectivity of handset with the PC so I shown it to the Nokia Care at Pune, they kept the handset for 10 days & returned it to me by saying that your problem was solved, but the same problem was there with the handset, I left that thing.
On 29th Sept. the same handset has become totally dead, so I took it to Nokia Care & shown it to them, they inspected the same & told me that the handset was water damaged & it can't be cover under warrenty, & for that I have to pay the cost for repairing. I told them that the handset was never came close contact with the water but they were disagrring with me & forcefully telling me that the hand is water damaged only.
My request to you is that look in to this matter & give me Justice.
