Re:- Replacement of Nokia x3 set Colour black Batch no. 352691049188469
i am shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have recently purchased the above-noted set in the month of april this year which is infested with certain technical problems. The phone had battery back up problem and it was remaining hot everytime. so i went to nokia care at mohali scf-70, phase-7. i was informed that my handset is going to be sent to noida for repair. after seven days i contacted with service centre and i was informed that my handset is going to be replaced. i submitted the handset on 30th sept. but still i havnt received the handset.since i have purchased the phone at a very dear price,
i expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future so that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
