I had purchased a Nokia E72 handset in March from Mobile Store at kalyan.
Within 10 days it started giving me issues & when i went to the vendor, they categorily refused to help & instead directed me to Nokia Care Centre.
I submitted my phone to the care centre & subsequently received it back, but within few days it again started giving me issues (hanging, backup not working, volume issue, etc). I resubmitted the same handset twice again & demanded for replacement as it was clear that the handset had some inherent problems due to which the issues kept reoccuring, but it didnt help.
Last time I got back my phone in may but it has been giving me issues intermittently & I am sure that the care centre wont help & so havent gone to them since then.
Kindly let me know what can be done in this case so that the issue is settled permanently.
