Sir i have purchaged a Nokia handset (Nokia 1661) from aditi communication on 4th Nov. 2009 (invoice no 6038). But since beginnin i am facing some problem regarding call, low voice from set, taking more time to charge mean whenever i attend any call, set gets switchoff, so i visited your customer care center .they repaired it but the problem was the same then i again went to them with the same problem many times but all was in vain . i asked them about the problem then they told me that its battery problem then i asked them why you did not inform me first time when i came to you and if it was a battery problem then whyyou kept only handset and handedover me the battery many times whenever i aproachedyou. At that time they were not having any kind of proper answer.i told them if it was a battery problem then change the battery or do accordingly then they told me that battery can not be changed because it is not having its logo.i told them that when the battery inserted into the mobile set and out from the mobile set many times then logo has shifted form its original place and affixed to near by place but it was not completly affixed hence it has lost while inserting or putting out from the mobile set. I have complaint on the following issues. 1. the behavior of the staff was very rude and i feel so ashmed to visit the care cente.2.
