New handset C6-00 not working properly

I Sanjay Singh, Purchased a NOKIA C6-00 Mobile Handset from Nokia Priority Dealer Kanpur, next day it was gettin hanged, going Switched off and heat up problem. I complain to dealer immediately. Nokia's service centre of Kanpur, given telephone number is not working. I also complain on there site. Company mailed me to contact to there service centre.
