Epair under warranty

I had purchased the above mentioned product from authorised Nokia outlet located at New Delhi in the month of Mar 10.Soon three months after the purchase, the lights on two buttons on the set remained continously switched on, even after locking the phone. This resulted in the cell phone getting discharged very quickly and further aggravated by phone getting switched off at least 6-7 times in a day.

Therefore, i took my phone to one of the authorised service centers located at Basant vihar, New Delhi. But there i was told that the warranty of the phone has been expired as some water marks have been spotted on the circuit board. The behaviour of the staff was also very indecent and unco-perative. I am a commissioned officer in Indian Navy and am fully aware of the rules and regulations of warranty set by your company. I have been using nokia cell phones since past ten years and i am very satisfied with the product support extended by Nokia care in the past by other outlets. However, on this occassion, i was highly disappointed with the hospitality and support extended by the staff at the said outlet.

Therefore, it is submitted that no water pilferage/penetration/damage have been caused to headset by self and the problem in the handset has emerged of its own. Therefore, it is requested that the necessary directives may be given to get the cell phone repaired on my email id.
