I HAD PURCHASED MOBILE 2730 CLASSIC FEW MONTHS BACK FROM SHOP NAME-MOBILE SHOP, JALANDHAR, FROM THE THIRD DAY I CELL WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, SHOPKEEPER REFUSED TO GIVE ME SUPPORT, I VISITED NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE NAMED-VISIONWAY COMMUNICATION, JALANDHAR AND INSPITE OF MY REQUEST TO REPLACE THE HANSET THEY REPAIRED IT, AGAIN AFTER A FEW DAYS AGAIN CELL WAS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION AND AGAIN I VISITED THE SAME SERVICE CENTRE, NOW THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WILL SEND MY CELL TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE FOR REPLACEMENT, AFTER A WEEK AGAIN THEY GAVE THE SAME HANDSET, AGAIN ON 15TH DECEMBER THE HANDSET WAS DEPOSITED FOR REPLACEMENT JOB SHEET NO.916433527/101215/5 DTD.15.12.2010 AND SERVICE CENTRE ASSURED FOR STANDBY HANDSET AND FOR NEW CELL BY 22.12. BUT UPTO NOW I AM JUST WAITING, I CONTACTED NOKIA CUSTOMERCARE BY EMAILS WITH COMPLAINT BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING IT SERIOUSLY.I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM.REGARDS, DARPAN WALIA, 9988630727
