Delay of delivering the repaired product

Dear Sir/Madam,

There was a problem, in my handset Nokia C5-03. The problem was that the touch pad was not working. It was on 31 July the problem started. I immediately took the handset to Nokia care center (Malleshwaram Bangalore-03)) on 1 Aug. They took the handset and gave the service job sheet and the Target delivery date was 13 Aug. But till now i haven't received the handset. I had been 5-6 times to the service station, in the last one month. The people over there wont respond properly. They say that the handset is sent to Noida and it is under observation. My question is that will really take such a long time for the repair to be done? Please do not waste the valuable time of Customers valuable time. Kindly look into the matter and reply.
