I purchased Nokia c5-03 on 29-12 in Chidambaram. After 2 months I noticed some camera problem (Green line comes in image).
After 5 months (ie: 12-05) i approached Cuddalore district nokia authorised service center "Mobile Rescue" Address: No:10, Kalai Complex, Pudupalayam Main Road, Back side of Taluk office, Cuddalore-607001, Tamil Nadu. Ph:04142-295565.
I explained about the camera problem to the Manager Mr. B. Ravinthar, He under take the job and replaced the original parts and returned to immediately with poor condition. I am not willing to receive the cellphone such a condition. Then he asked to come again after 10 days. He returned the cell phone to me.
Then I come to Know the Touch screen not working properly and the camera image also poor related to the original one. And also gave some Software Hanging and hardware Heating problem.
So I make a complaint on 30-05 in Nokia digital marketing and nokia care complaint cell.
As per the instructions given by you by phone on 30.05.2012 at 2.30pm Regarding the Nokia c5-03 service problem, I am submitting the phone again in Nokia authorized service center Vadalur Neyveli.
