1. E5-00 given for repair 10 DAYS BACK. Still vague reply from your so called customer care centre.

2. After I quoted my job sheet number, the person in your care cente, without even waiting for a second, replies that you phone is the same phone which was logged in water and hence we are not in a position to repair! I was shocked. You deal all cases of phone repair into liquid logged cases and I guess convert them into liquid logged cases, to haress customers?? MY NOKIA CARE CENTRE - MANAV COMMUNICATION, NEW DELHI. VERY POOR SERVICE. DON'T GO THERE EVER, .

3. Then another person comes on line and states that, he had received the phone from head office and was again giving problem and so he has sent it back? Which means I have to wait another 8 days.
