Respected Sir,

I am Jayesh Atmani, a Nokia Mobile customer. My Nokia N70 got damaged due to some water spill on it. I was getting no NETWORK on my handset. I took it to the nokia customer care and got it repaired in 2 days in RS 1100. But it again gave same problem in 3 hrs. I took it there again and they took 1 week to repair it and gave ti back to me. But my phone again started giving same problem in 2 Hours. I took at at customer care the next day and they then took 3 weeks to repair it and after getting it it again gave same problem. I went to customer care to ask for REFUND OF RS 1100 but they said that they will try for one more time. Now its been 40 days they are telling me to come tomorrow, again tomorrow and when i go there, they say that its not yet done and to come tomorrow. I am fed up of this Problem.

Strict Action should be taken against Nokia Customer Care and i should get my REFUND OF RS 1100.
