I have purchased Nokia C6.00 on 04-04, from Telephone Shoppee, Pune (Invoice No-166, Phone IMEI No – 356994043503071, Amount paid in cash Rs – 12400/-) after using the phone I realized that I cannot exchange any data via bluetooth from my existing Nokia 5130c & Nokia N72 to my new Nokia C6.00 & vice a versa, even my phone use to hang a lot & would not respond to any buttons, if I start using mail service the phone would further hang & would not respond until I remove the batteries. So I registered my first complain on 26-04 on Nokia Careline 912030303838, They asked me to format my phone manually as per the steps suggested, I did it but there was no use, the problem still continued & I reverted back to Nokia Careline on 27-04, the representative told me that the issue will be solve in next 48hrs but Nokia didn't solve my problem. I have also registered my complain online on 06-05 & have received the complain No from their end (case ID is 1-11634786697) after many time consuming discussions over phone finally they told me to submit my handset to nearest Nokia Care Centre for repair. I have asked for the Brand new replacement for my Nokia C6.00 so they told me that they will check & inform me. I have submitted my handset on 11-05 at Nokia Care centre (Shree Communication, Pune, Job Sheet No-678504867/110511/30). I have called Nokia Careline & informed them that I have submitted my Handset, I have received the call from Nokia Care Centre that the problem has been solved & I can collect my handset, I went to collect my handset but while checking handset at Nokia care centre I found that the problem is not solve & they kept the handset for further repairs. The problem is still persisting & Nokia people are not replacing me with new handset. I have been deprived of using my own phone to the fullest capacity & facility since the date of purchase, I have lost my mental peace, feel helpless & hopeless as my problem is genuine but they don’t want to give a new replacement so they are giving all the excuses that they have send my phone to Nokia factory & it is under repair by engineers. I need a new sealed pack Nokia C6.00 as replacement, it is not my fault, if it further delays than I would seek compensation for the trouble that I have faced, I have lost my mental peace & caused lots of harassment & I have spent my valuable time & money in the phone calls dome to Nokia Careline.
