New cabinet of my nokia n 72 mobile is changed by old cabinet

I got some problem in my nokia n 72 .

then i submitted it in nokia care badshah nagar lucknow.

when they return my hanset i found that the front cover of my hand set is changed.

i said that my mobile is ony 5-6 month old only and which front cover is in my mobile is not its.

they said that is is not my fault it is repaired from delhi.

so this is delhi fault.

i tried many time to change my handset froant cover with new one.

but i m not succeded .tell me what can i do.

in that time my warranty period is over but i not get solution.
