Dear sir,
I brought a Nokia C6 Mobile on August. Now I am a facing a problem that when I am opening my slide the display is not working. So I gave it for service to Nokia Care[ Nokia Care Center, Girish Park Branch, Kolkata (W.B) ]. They told me that Flex cable of my mobile is cut, though I have the warranty period till next year they are asking me to pay Rs 2800/- for the services by saying that this part is not covered under nokia warranty how does it possible. Then I said I am not able to pay the amount so i asked them to return the mobile. Now while returning the mobile to me the front display of my mobile also not at all working it is just a blank box now i am in complete confusion what to do. While asking to them, they are answering "It is like that only, We cannot help". Moreover when I ask about Nokia Care E-Mail for complaint they me to find on online this is not a way to speak with customer. They are not giving the proper answer while asking. Please kindly take some action and make them to service my mobile without any charges though we are having the warranty.
I hope you will consider my problem on urgent basis and positive reply from your side.
