In Oct my cell phone (5310-Xpress music) encountered a key pad problem. All of sudden the key pad became nonfunctional. I immediately ran to Nokia Care center at FC road, Pune & submitted it. The center charged me Rs.1210 approx. The engineer's name is Ashish.
Then I went home for Diwali & got my cell phone in November, but the issue was not resolved. After that 1 after the other time I submitted the cell phone thrice & the mobile faced the same problem. Also, due to improper servicing, one of the key is half broken, lid space has increased.
I had to travel almost 25 Kms from my place to give & take the mobile again & again. I am just fed up of doing this...
Then lastly i gave my cell phone again on 13th June & got it today on 23 July.
But still the same problem exists. And on top of that, the engineer says that- " I have done it working & I don't know why is this not working". If he is an engineer is not able to understand it, then how would a customer understands. He is asking me to submit the cell again & then again he will check it.
What shall I do now? I have shifted to Mumbai, & he expects me to re re re submit it again & again...
It is an example of a poor service center of a company which is already going down in terms of competition & market share. All the trust on this company is just gone away.
