Poor Performance

I bought a Nokia X5 phone with Bill No: CA16720 and IMEI No: 352713040730030 on November 14 from a Nokia Priority Partner in Hadapsar, Pune.

Only after the few days of my purchase the phone started responding very slowly. Especially while opening the inbox even to read messages it was utilizing a lot of time. Gradually it used to take so much time that this issue of slow performance could not be ignored. I then visited Nokia Care in Hadapsar, Pune on 27th Jan. They first took it as software corruption issue and did the software upgrade. But still it did not lead to any changes in performance. Then after using it for few days again i went to get that problem resolved on 15th Feb. But no improvement at all.

Later I visited then on 21 May with jobsheet number 552504867/110521/37 and this time I was asked to submit the phone by the Nokia Care people giving the reason that it would be handled by their Delhi unit and kept it for 15 to 20 days as there was hardware problem as well as its speakers were not performing good too.

After a long period, speakers issue got resolved but the performance was still the same.

Later i again went to Nokia Care to get it resolved they gave reason that it might be due to less space in Memory card.

Again they did software update. But the performance got deteriorated further. I visited there so many times but still no change in performance.

I now really feel helpless for long and the image of Nokia phones in me that they are very reliable has just perished now.

I am so very frustrated that whether it was my mistake to have faith in a Nokia brand inspite of it being a new model launched in the market.

I desperately want a solution as its been around 8 months and i am so restless with the product from Nokia and wish to have solution through your unit as is the only option left for me.

Please help me out onto this.
