I had given a Nokia Mobile to NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE, No, 6-A, Harley's Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600010 whose contact no is 91 44 42783194 vide their Job Sheet No 1652 dt 6th Sept and had specifically told that the Mobile should be repaired only after I confirm the Repair Charges. They called up on the 8th of Sept evening and said Rs.1400.00. I told them I shall confirm on the 9th. Subsequently I went personally on the 9th and told that I am not interested in repairing the Mobile. They said come evening after 6.00pm and collect. I went after 6.00 they said come after 7.00. I went at 8.30pm and they said the Mobile has not yet come but it has being repaired and after argument they agreed to settle for Rs.750.00 which I refused. This is only haressing the customer and charging Excess as they like. For changing the IC they want Service charge of Rs.650.00 When I told them I will complain to Nokia they said please do not do the same. Kindly look into the matter.
