Defective hand set

Sir/mam,

This is to inform you that I Naseem Alam had purchase a nokia handset c601 from lucknow on 17 th august but the handset is not working properly from next day so i submit it to Aryan communication Jaiswal complex lucknow. After 10 days they return my handset after repair but after 2 days it start creating problem then i submit it again and they said ur handset is swap after 10 to 15 days but still they are again giving me a same handset

so plz do the needful and swap my swap my handset
