Sir,
I have had great regards for your products and have genuinely believed in them until recently. I bought a brand new Nokia E6 shelling out quite some hard earned money. It was slow at first but later started hanging between operations. Within just 2 weeks of purchase it now is now completely hanged and goes not start operations even if i switch it off and on again. Very bitter experience... I feel cheated. I have written twice and have had no response from your end. I really hate getting into a drastic fight but i feel the cell u sold me has a defect with the software or hardware. Please look into the issue urgently or at least let me know who is the right person to look into the complaint. I continue to believe in your service though s little less in the product as of now. But if this continues i will for sure change brands and even advice all close friends and family and every one i encounter to avoid your products for the rest of my life... believe me.
