Dear Team
I am very sorry to say that, The quality of service provided at Nokia care madhapur is wretched.
I am using Nokia sets since I started keeping my personal mobile, But this time for sure I am not going to buy any product of NOKIA.
The service provided is not at all satisfactory.
This is in reference of job sheet 110923/36. I have given my headset for replacement which was already in warranty period on 23 sep.
I was asked to come after 7 days, I waited till 10 days and I called to contact no: 04040204589, I was told to come and collect the headset. When i asked for Headset at Nokia care counter then representative said that headset is not ready and ask me again to come after 2 days. I did the same and the also did the same [I called after 2 days and they asked me to wait for 2 more days]... The Headset is not ready please come after 2 days.
I have to ask few questions
1] If the SLA is 7 days then why it is taking more then 12 days to deliver the headset?
2] Why wrong information is being provided on phone calls?
3] What action was taken if the set was not ready when the first time I arrived, which results the same 2 days delay for the 2nd time?
I don’t know how this Center will survive in this competition world with this type of service.
Your immediate response will be highly appreciated with the latest update.
