Request to refund my money

Dear Madam / Sir

I am a owner of Nokia E7 from last 7 to 8 months, but i am fed up with this phone . i want my money back . in the last 8 months i got three time replacement from your service center and the same problem continues again . please rectify my problem or refund my amount and take back ur mobile. i got my set replaced 3 times and the problem remains the same, now i do not want to go to the service center, i want my money to be refunded . i have suffered enough . i am sending you the imei nos.

Initially when i purchased my set the IMEI no was 354864041787749

After working one month it got problem and i went to service center they checked and deposited the set and after 2 weeks they returned me the set with a new imei which i do not remember.

After one month the problem occures again, i went to service center again and they have done the same with a new imei,

after one month the same problem again occures, i followed the same process and got a new imei whic is 357909040802309

Now i am fed up with this phone, i do not want to go to service center again, i want my money to be refunded..

I am sending you the bill details.

Date is not there on the bill, but it is in the month of march. I have bought this mobile after Holi Festival may be in April.
