I have been a Nokia phone user for the last 12 years. I recently bought the Nokia N8 in February it’s within its warranty. The phone started giving me trouble after 7 months of me using it. I recently went to the Nokia Service center in Borivali and spoke to them about the faults .i.e. the phone restarts, Hangs, Network issues.. They first did a software re flash thinking that would solve the issue that did not. Then they told me that they need to keep my phone to check what the problem was they took my phone for 2 days rather than 1. After which they then said that there are faults with the phone and they need to send it to the Head Office in Delhi. The phone was there for another 15 -17 days. Apparently they replaced the mother board in the phone. I just got it from them. Switched the phone on and started using it. Guess what same issues. In a span of 2 days my phone has restarted 4 times. Still missing calls as told by others as they can’t get through my number because of Network Issues and during a call the phone still restarts.
Please Help I Don’t know what to do. Before my phone goes out f warranty. Please advice.
