I am Raju giri from Bihar India. Being a regular user of Nokia products. I have purchased a Nokia C6-00 handset on 13 July. in January i got screen problem in our handset then i took it to nokia care in Siwan where they could not repair they said to me there is some critical problem so we have to send service centre at delhi thats handset comes under in warranty so we will maintains (EIU) problem is showing
after 5 days i had to came Delhi so i bring our handset my self in Delhi
I took it to nokia care in Tilak nagar (Delhi) on 12/01 they said in this handset component problem showing
u will pay 4500 hundred rupees for this
Next day i took it in nokia care in Gurgaon on 13/01 they said in this handset display problem and also more u have to pay 4850 rupees for maintains sir hat i do
aso i have talk to customer care and complain registered but no body take any action
