I am Rounak Thakkar, i have purchased Nokia C6-00 handset in the month of jan. From the time i purchased my phone there is always been issue regarding memory, when ever i used to serf net it use to show me error memory full close some application, even though my phone memory was free and memory card was also 1.8 GB free. Earlier i use to ignore this and i was not even able to open my image gallery there also same error use to show. I went to nokia care for more then 22 time and every time they use to update my software but aft every few days same issue, i even formatted my data. My set was send to factory more then 3 times, last time i got a call from head office and i was told that if further there is any problem in ur handset we will replace ur and set. the very next day same issue occur. My phone is again send to nokia care my job sheet no: 268504886/120120/30 my handset is not replaced even after confirmation from head office. Its been very frustrating that every time i am facing the same issue, they made false promise of replacement.
Please look into the matter, i have faced huge problem without my handset even no proper back up handset was giving to me. Every time they take my cell for 10-15 working days, its very difficult to manage without my phone for such a long period. even my battery is not working more then 4 hours and the battery issue is not yet solved.
Please look into the matter, i would be very thankful if my issue is resolved.
