I have sent mail 3days back for my headset to find out what the progress is but i gt sms by saying that my headset is under HO it will take 10 to 12 days its been already mre than 10 worling days i havent got any progress for it if you cant repair my cell atleast issue me a replacement for that cell this is the 3rd time i am giving you my cell again n again thats not good i am litraly pist off by dis n i am unhappy with the service you giving me n the borivali care centre is also not helping with it i thought that there will be stric action wud b taken but there is no action taken for the last time i wud like to request you to solve my problem i vl realy appreciate that n i, ll b waiting for the response
