I had purchased a Nokia C6 handset in the month of Jan or Feb. Due to some mishandling, the USB slot got damaged so i approached the same Nokia Priority center for support (as it was communicated at the time of purchase that the priority center are better to give service rather than any other outlet). They took around 7 to 10 days to come up with the solution that the set cannot be prepared. Even i went to the center 2 to 3 times to get updated about the set.
Few days back, the touch screen of the same set gave up and stop sensing the touch. So i approached to the nearest service center as my experience at the Priority center was bad. From there i came to know that the hardware had been tampered & as per the authorised service center, the way it was tempered could not be the work touch up from a service center. I am having the photographs of the same as this was the second time i approached any place to get my set checked up (first was Nokia Priority center).
If i am not wrong, no other than service center has the authority to open the seal and do the tempering.
I don't know where to go & what to do with my set.
Kindly help me out.
