Not preparing my mobile in varanty

My mobile is in varanty but the officer is not preparing my mobile .he try to scare me .he told me that he donot prepare my mobile . he have no respect for other. he also use abuse language . he also want to a 500 rupees of installing software in varented mobile.he is head of that branch.
