IVE GOT NOKIA C3-01 RECENTLY BUT TOUCHSCREEN STARTED MALFUNCTIONING.AS USUAL I WENT TO NOKIA CARE OF HARIDWAR, WHICH IS MASTERMIND... SUBSEQUENTLY THEY NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT COST AND DAMAGE AND REPAIRED THE PHONE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND TOLD ME THE COST OF REPAIRING ABOUT 1700.WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THEM THEY CAME DOWN TO 1500, STILL WHEN I DECIDED NOT TO GET IT REPAIRED RAHUL SHARMA ASKED ME FOR JUST800 RS AND SAID THIS IS SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR ME..BUT STILL WHEN IWANTED IT UNREPAIRED THEY RETURNED IT TO ME AFTER 2 MONTHS BUT INMORE DAMAGED CONDITION.WHEN I COMPLAINED FOR IT HE THREATENED ME OF BITTER CONSEQVENCES AND TOLD ME THAT EVEN NOKIA PERSONNELS CANT DO ANYTHING AGAINST HIM.IS THIS THE SERVICE OF NOKIA CARE IN HARIDWAR, SHOULD I GOTO THE CONSUMER COURT OR ANY COURT OF LAW? THIS IS POOR AND PATHETIC FROM NOKIA.THEY R BEHAVING LIKE BUNCH OF CROOKS MAKING FOOL OF NOKIA AND CUSTOMERS TOO.PLEASE RESPOND QUICKLY
