Efuse to repai

I have given nokia x2-01 for repair at the nokia care about 2 months ago... they refuse to repair it in warranty... the warranty of the product is still remaining .and they say that its tampered... but its not.. when i have warranty remaining then y would i make it open from outside..

an early action is required...
