I had very frustrating experience with Nokia service today. I wanted to claim warranty on two of blue tooth devices I had bought in last six months. When I visited the Nokia care center in HYD, they refused to provide support because they wanted a photo copy of original receipts. This is in spite of me having the original receipt and products in good shape. It looked as if they are just trying to find a reason for not providing support.
I called their call center too – he sounded no different than the tech support folks in Hyderabad. In fact the guy said "this is how nokia works". When I asked to connect me to his manager, he says manager is not available.
Finally I threw the devices on the face of the Nokia care folks and gave up any hope of replacements.
I have decided not to buy any Nokia products from now on.
