I have problem with my cell phone that keypad is not working, once i removed the battery and then after i am not able to switch on it.
I gave it to Nokia care on 7th of June, they told me that liquid is logged in my cell phone and it tempered the internal key-panel. So they need to change it. After 3 day's when i went to Nokia care to receive it.
I saw that keypad are not properly aligned in my cell phone it also have network problem (That was not earlier, This fault arise due to them). It may be due to they have not used genuine nokia parts compatible to my set. Then they told me that you have to after 3 days.
Now today when i went their to receive it, They told me that you have to come after 2 days.
I told them i want my handset back. After few minutes they return my set. But the handset condition is not good, I found Paste spot nearby of display screen, and corner of front panel.
After that i denied to receive the handset and left the shop without receiving my handset.
Now i have the invoice of my mobile set and also the job sheet of Nokia care also.
Please help me what should i do next to get justice.
