TO SALES MANAGER,

THE MAIL I SENT TO YOU REGARDING NOKIA E-5, I DID SENT IT TO LAJPAT NAGAR (NRI COMMUNICATION) CUSTOMER CARE FOR PROBLEMS IN IT ON SATURDAY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CONTACT ME ON MONDAY.

BUT TODAY THE CALL DIDN'T CAME AND FINALLY WHEN I CALLED AT 6:45 IN THE EVENING REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THAT THE PHONE IS NOT REPARABLE HERE AND IT HAS BEEN SEND TO SOME OTHER PALACE FOR THE REARING.

SIR I BOUGHT A NOKIA ON DATE 10/10 FROM SELECT CITY WALK ITS NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS SINCE THE PURCHASE OF HANDSET AND IT IS REQUIRING A REPAIR. AS TALKING TO THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE HE TOLD ME IF THE PHONE NEEDS T BE EXCHANGED IT WILL BE DONE.

NOW IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU TO DO WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME, CHANGE MY PHONE IMMEDIATELY AS I AM IN URGENT NEED OF IT, OR I HAVE TO MOVE TO CUSTOMER CARE FORUM FOR MY HELP.
