Nokia Care is the worst place to be as a customer having trouble with his Nokia Phone. I wish the superior of the company suspends the staff of Nokia Care as they are rude with customers and feel that they can do anything any god damn time. But this is high time as a customer of Nokia from a long time ask the superior's to look into the matter and fire some of the staff from Nokia care. I would first bring the name Mr Shridhar who is the CCO at the Nokia Care at Mysore to be fired as he has no knowledge of speaking with a customer and He will be the person who will spoil the reputation of the company. People do not even speak in English. They think they can do anything but I hope Nokia being the biggest MNC's in the world to take up this matter quickly and fire Mr Shridhar CCO Nokia Care as quickly as possible.
