I am posting my complaint here beacuse I could not find any higher authority to register a feedback.
My Nokia N70 was having a display problem. I reached out to the nearest Nokia Care Centre at Jhansi rani chowk, Nagpur.
They suggested to get the display changed a new battery and charged Approx Rs. 3000.
Even after spending so much, the same issue occured again after their 1 month's warranty period.
Since I was not in the city that time, I approached them, after 20 days of warranty... when I was back in the city.
The senior member at the centre took my mobile and formated the handset.
Things did not work for a day .. again I went to the centre and they kept the handset for 1 day
And next day informed to pay the same amount to get the display repaired.
They were very negligent and irresponsible people. When i 1st got the display changed, even the volumn from the earplug was very low. Initially they said its okie,
After being persistent, they agreed it is low and said, we have put the incorrect ear plug.
hence I am sure that the display problem which has re occured is not due to technical / device issue,
It is because the care centre has put incorrect display or handled the handset incorrectly.
